Competenze tecniche

I start with a full surface check: cleaning, scraping, patching with CGC Sheetrock compounds, sanding, and priming with Zinsser or Kilz so the substrate is sound. Paints and stains from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Dulux, Minwax, and Cabot are matched to substrate and exposure on walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets, and exteriors. Drywall boarding and framing get FibaTape paper or mesh, multi-coat mudding, and fine sanding to a smooth plane. Popcorn removal, water-damage repairs, and mould treatment use Concrobium and proper sealers; soundproofing and insulation draw on Rockwool and CertainTeed. Milwaukee tools, 3M dust control, DAP fillers where needed, and a tidy site keep finishes durable.
